Efek Pemberian Ethinylestradiol Dosis Berbeda Terhadap Performa Reproduksi Induk Lele (Clarias gariepinus Burchell) Betina

چکیده

Proses induk lele (Clarias gariepinus Burchell) betina menjadi matang gonad secara alami memakan waktu hingga 2-3 bulan, dengan tingginya permintaan benih diperlukan percepatan proses pematangan agar dapat terpenuhi, salah satunya melalui pemberian hormon ethinylestradiol. Kandungan optimum ethinylestradiol pada tubuh akan mempercepat vitellogenesis sehingga memacu pertumbuhan oosit dan kematangan gonad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuntikan dosis berbeda terhadap performa reproduksi terbaik kecepatan betina. dilakukan tanggal 11 Januari – 25 Februari di Teaching Factory Undip. Ikan uji menggunakan bobot 1-1,1 kg. metode eksperimental rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan yakni A (minyak jagung 0,2 ml/kg induk), B (0,3 ml ethinylestradiol/kg C (0,5 D (0,7 induk). Data yang diamati yaitu gonad, histologi fekunditas, derajat pembuahan, penetasan, kelulushidupan kualitas air.
